Lunch meeting at work took us to a steak house.

Day 2: Tonight I Move

Last night was interesting; I ate 6 meals in one day.  Honestly – I thought I was dead.  Too full. Too.

Mushroom and White Bean Stew over Couscous

Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds small whole white mushrooms
1-1/2 cups couscous
1-pound can stewed tomatoes

After my call with Susan I ran to the store and started my shopping.

Started Today with a Phone Call

A few weeks ago I decided to make a change.
The change I chose was The Lifestyle Exchange Program.
Today I received a personal call from Susan Powter that outlined the program and what I need to do to reach my goals.
I’m ready.
Today I’m 160lbs.
